REQUIREMENTS
• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
• Be female (AFAB only).
• Have prior content creation experience
(This does not need to be large-scale, but you must have some public work to review.)
• Be fluent in English (bilingual talents are a plus).
• Have access to a stable internet connection and basic streaming equipment (mic, PC capable of streaming).
• Be comfortable streaming at least 3 times per week.
• Be able to communicate professionally and meet deadlines.
• Be willing to collaborate with other agency talents.
• Be comfortable with long-term character commitment.

Q&A
Q: What platform will talents stream on?
A: Talents will primarily stream on YouTube & Twitch and must follow all platform Terms of Service. Additional content platforms may be discussed.
Q: Do I need prior streaming or content creation experience?
A: Yes. Applicants must have some prior experience in content creation, even if small. We review previous work during the audition process to determine fit and readiness for agency support.
Q: How does the revenue split work?
A: US Generation operates on a 70/30 revenue split in favor of the talent across all agency-managed revenue streams. Transparency is important to us, and all monetized activities under the agency will follow this structure unless otherwise negotiated for specific external partnerships.
Q: Can I join with my own existing character design?
A: No. Due to intellectual property and branding consistency, all talents will debut with agency-approved designs.
Q: I am male. Can I apply?
A: At this time, US Generation is recruiting female (AFAB) talents only.
Notes & Info
• Once sending in your audition, you understand that you must be comfortable with switching to a new VTuber identity if you already had one previously. You can not join with your current model if you have one already, and we will not customize a new model for you, and you must choose from the ones we provide each audition wave. The available models have been prepared in advance for agency branding.
• If you send in multiple auditions, you will be disqualified.
• All information submitted in the application must be truthful. Providing false information may result in disqualification.
• Submitting an application confirms that you understand and agree to the requirements and audition process outlined on this page.
